2009 Exhibitions
The year is
well under way and much has happened!
On February 13, I was in a group
exhibition at 105 Studios in Albuquerque with a fantastic group of
artists,
including the
fine painter Santiago Pérez.

On March 27, I
participated in a show titled The
Monotype: Past and Present at the new Santa Fe Community
Gallery. My
monotype titled, Despacio en el orígen, was
selected during the 2004 Monothon and was donated to the
College of
Santa Fe. I hadn't seen the print until it surfaced
again for this exhibition. The sheer number of visitors through
the
gallery that evening was astounding! Kudos to the Rod
Lambert, director of the Santa Fe Community Gallery in the
new downtown
convention center in Santa Fe.
On May 9, I
was back at the Community Gallery for "The Monotype, What Seeds Have
Bourne", a hands-on workshop
open to the public. It was four
hours of great fun and exploration with the public.

On June 5
& 6, I will be attending an
invitational show in Manitou Springs, CO titled "Under Pressure: An
Invitational
Printmakers'
Art Weekend" at the Commonwheel Artists Co-op. On
the morning of June 6, I will be demonstrating
printmaking at
the Cottonwood Art
School.
